Paint Job Done

As the paint work to the offices is finished off each room is starting to look more like an office rather than a converted warehouse!

HVAC System

The full HVAC system has now been installed. The system gives some impressive efficiency statisitics housing an energy recovery system in the HVAC unit and using the evironmentally friendly coolant R410A. The entire system has an average Energy Efficiency Ratio of 3.59, meaning with 1kW of electric put into the system we get an output of 3.59kW of heat in the building!
